When will my order be shipped?

FOR GRAPHIC TEES ONLY; Because we want you to be able to select the exact product, design and size that you want, in some cases, your items will be printed after you order them. Your order is printed/cut out and applied by real humans. If you order shirts with a vinyl design, it can take up to 5 business days before it is sent out for shipment to you.

FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS; Rings and Bracelets, as well as Graphic Tee’s we already have ready, are shipped out 2 days after we receive your payment of purchase.

What shipping options do you offer?

Depending on where you are, we ship differently.

US standard domestic shipping takes 5 to 8 business days.

International shipping takes 1 to 3 weeks.

Expedited shipping - Do you offer faster shipping options? Yes we do, only for US shipments.

USPS Domestic Priority takes 3 to 5 days.

USPS Priority Express takes 2 to 4 days.

Will I be responsible for extra shipping fees?

If you are outside of the US, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which covers the transit cost of the products.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the carrier's website.

Return and Refund Policy

All Items can be returned within 30 days to the original payment method.

We will give a full refund, store credit or exchange for another item of equal value upon receiving the product.

Discount items are “final sale”, therefore and non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Items must be in good condition with no wear and tear. No marks or rips.

To initiate your return, please email us at Salesinfo@kasnuma.comor simply send us a message on the “Contact Us” page. Please include your order number and email in the message as well as your reason for returning.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Email us at Salesinfo@kasnuma.com or simply send us a message on the “Contact Us” page of our website. Please include your order number and email as well as your reason for the return/exchange.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive from us by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.

The following are add-ons with more information that you may want to include:

It will take up to 6-9 business days to receive your refund depending on your location and your bank. It will take up to two weeks to receive your replacement product. Store credit will take about 5-7 business days.
If you are within the US, you will not have to pay any shipping fees for the return. If you are outside of the US, you may have to pay shipping fees.
If the item is lost during transit, we will still send you half of the return payment of the item. If it is deemed damaged upon return, we cannot issue a return, exchange or store credit and will send it back to you.
